To access the Profile Settings:
open the avatar menu by clicking on your picture in the top right corner of the siteclick profile settings
Alternatively you can find a link to profile settings in the sidebar of the dashboard.

Account Settings
In the account settings you can manage different aspect of your account such as email notifications, billing information, password and third party permissions to access your account and manage it on your behalf.
