WordPress Help Desk Support Software with Optional Automation in http://SwiftHelpDesk.com
This is a very simple program, currently totally free. We’ll split off a paid version soon but will always have a free level.
To setup in about 5 minutes just…
- Go create a form on SwiftCloud (free, signup here, (then click to Web Forms >> Create New at http://swiftcloud.ai/form/create-form). Click “Get Code Install Form” top right and note the number. Ensure the notification settings are correct on the right side (who you want to get the email). Click SwiftTasks in the far bottom right if you want to also create a ticket for each request.
- Plug that number into your WordPress Admin >> Swift Helpdesk >> Settings >> My SwiftCloud.AI help support form is…, and select your thank-you page that someone will see after they submit a ticket. Auto Password Reset is only applicable if you have a membership site running our plugin, in which case we try to auto-detect phrases like “locked out” and “reset”, etc. then offer a password reset.
- On your contact page, drop in the shortcode [swift_helpdesk_support] to instantly generate the nice contact form. NOTE this is probably done for you already via the setup wizard
- Done! Assuming you clicked SwiftTasks in step 2, any submitted tickets will (in addition to emailing you or whomever you set) appear on http://swiftcloud.ai/task/tasks
- To add customer satisfaction surveys, install the Customer Advocate Marketing plugin first and get it set up, then…
- Add a marketing sequence directing people to your reviews page.

Download & install the zip archive
The plugin package installer can be downloaded from the WP2E project tab called “code”.
1 – Select the version to download if this option is available otherwise the “latest” version of the main plugin will be used.
2 – After downloading the zip archive install the plugin package installer in you local environment and activate the script from the plugin list.
3 – Under the section “Plugins” of the admin dashboard you should see a new “Dependencies & Licenses” link. Follow the instructions from this panel to finalize the installation of the missing dependencies.

- Install the suggested dependencies
Tips: Use the WP2E panel to add/suggest new dependencies to the local installation. Press F5 in the list of dependencies if the changes are not displayed right away.
