Mixed Tax Flat Rate Shipping Woo
In some countries (Sweden) the VAT-rules stipulates that the VAT on shipping should be applied pro rata as the items included in the order.
As an example, an order could contain a book on how to learn embroidery (6% VAT) and piece of cloth to embroider on (25%).
If the book costs 100 and the cloth 200 the VAT on the shipping should be 1/3 6% and 2/3 25%
This plugin allows you to apply the above and still have a fixed shipping price.
A new shipping method with the name “Flat rate including VAT” will be visible when adding a shipping method. The shipping cost should be the cost including VAT presented to customer.
Download & install the zip archive
The plugin package installer can be downloaded from the WP2E project tab called “code”.
1 – Select the version to download if this option is available otherwise the “latest” version of the main plugin will be used.
2 – After downloading the zip archive install the plugin package installer in you local environment and activate the script from the plugin list.
3 – Under the section “Plugins” of the admin dashboard you should see a new “Dependencies & Licenses” link. Follow the instructions from this panel to finalize the installation of the missing dependencies.

- Install the suggested dependencies
Tips: Use the WP2E panel to add/suggest new dependencies to the local installation. Press F5 in the list of dependencies if the changes are not displayed right away.
