This plugin allows WooCommerce orders to be fulfilled through PPM
Fulfillment, which is a third party
fulfillment center focusing on medical devices and home medical device resupply
(e.g. sending out CPAP machines and parts thereof).

Once you configure the plugin and configure one or more products, the plugin
itself is largely invisible. Every time an order is submitted to PPM, the status
of that submission (either “received successfully” or “not sent successfully”)
will be appended to the order as a note. At this time we chose to not update
order statuses to keep from conflicting with other plugins or workflows you may
have.
When you receive tracking updates to an order, those will be added as a note to
the order. You’ll see a tracking number as well as line-items for a given
shipment, including lot and serial numbers:

Download & install the zip archive
The plugin package installer can be downloaded from the WP2E project tab called “code”.
1 – Select the version to download if this option is available otherwise the “latest” version of the main plugin will be used.
2 – After downloading the zip archive install the plugin package installer in you local environment and activate the script from the plugin list.
3 – Under the section “Plugins” of the admin dashboard you should see a new “Dependencies & Licenses” link. Follow the instructions from this panel to finalize the installation of the missing dependencies.
Tips: Use the WP2E panel to add/suggest new dependencies to the local installation. Press F5 in the list of dependencies if the changes are not displayed right away.
