This panel allows you to manage and edit the information displayed in your public profile.
Before we start, to access your public profile:
- open the avatar menu by clicking on your picture in the top right corner of the site
- click view profile
Alternatively a shortcut is available in the general information panel by clicking on the “view profile” button on the right side.
Avatar Image
Your avatar image is displayed above the navigation bar of your profile as a logo.
To edit your avatar image:
- go to the “Avatar” section
- select an image from your computer
- click upload
We recommend to use a squared picture of yourself or your company logo with dimension 125 x 125 pixels.
Header Image
Your header image is displayed above the navigation bar of your profile as a background.
To edit your website header:
- go to the “Header” section
- select an image from your computer
- click upload
We recommend to use a HD image representing your activity with dimension 1920 x 1080 pixels.
To edit your website header:
- go to the “Header” section
- select an image from your computer
- click upload
We recommend to use a HD image representing your activity with dimension 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Public Name
The public name is displayed above the navigation bar of your profile as brand title.
To edit your site name:
- go to the “Nickname” section
- type a name in the text box
- click save bellow
Description
The description is displayed in the “About” section of your profile. A shorter excerpt is used in the default Card page.
To edit your description:
- go to the “Description” section
- type a name in the text box
- click save bellow
In average 90% of the visitors read the About page therefore we recommend to describe yourself, your values and your activity with as much details as possible.
External URL
The external URL is displayed at the end of the “About” page. It is optional and can be used to promote an external source with a backlink.
To edit your exteral URL:
- go to the “External URL” section
- type a url
- click save bellow
The external url should start with https:// and should not contain any space or # symbol.
